If this was just the brick portion and even a smaller part of the white portion I'd really like it. But the long white facade is just a bit too monotone for me and I dislike the black end cap. While I feel it's a great addition to 2nd St, it detracts from the 15 Ave streetscape.

Those rooftop amenities look really cool! The dog runs seem to becoming standard in a lot of projects now but I like the addition of what appears to be community garden boxes.

Also did anyone else notice the size of the trees they’re planting? Pretty mature. Will look great and nicely filled in come spring assuming all of them live.

college 1905 also has great landscaping.

thats going to be a nice setback with the wide sidewalk and bike lane.

All good, but go look at the concrete work at the corner of this development, it doesnt work with the bike lane and mustve been a mistake. Will grab a pic, if someone else who is closer cant get one first. Youll immediately see what I mean
