Miss the old apartment building, but this turned out nice. This with more retail on the ground floor is ideal infill

a block from 1st st, a block from 4th st and still a pretty chill location. id live there.
Now the old pink house beside it looks so out of place. Time for a slim profile boutique building....one of those ones that gives Tokyo vibes

When did the house beside the pink house get torn down? Take all 3 of those sites and get some Batistella stuff going on there!
