Good effort to implement a contemporary version of a brick low rise building. Unfortunately, the execution is off and the combination of materials will not age well. Similar to 546's Courtyard on 33rd catastrophe, I find these new age Winnipeg architecture firms are able to come up with great concepts, but the final product tends to miss the mark. Hopefully, the ground floor retail will save this one.

Mostly good, but up close the lack of considered detailing around the soffits and the full sheets beside the windows really looks unfinished.

Dangerous to say this in this town, but I feel like this could've used a splash of color to accent all that white.

A tiny bit of grey or blue grey accents would have looked good
