They didn't alter the brick facade by covering it with aluminium composite/ spandrel glass or drilling holes through it for venting. That already puts it in the upper echelon of office conversions. I'm not totally sold on the new glazing. The mullions and spandrel colours are right. It's not a tall opening. They could of gone with full height panels that resemble the original office design with the added bonus of not having a mullion at sitting eye level.

So... the lot beside this has a land-use in. Could just be a paper change.
