Not one of my favorite proposals by any means but this part of Beltline needs some parking lots filled in, so glad to see this one apparently moving to construction.

I agree. It’s not a popular opinion, but I would prefer to see even average low rises fill parking lot rather than wait for a higher-end project 30 years from now. Especially on the east side of the Beltline.

Any updates on this one? Last we heard the lot was fenced off, which is usually a promising sign...

With all the building going on just off the Stampede Grounds, I'm wondering do we get the final BLVD phase sooner than later. RIP to the Arby's I miss it.

The best part about this project is the streetscape and the trees lining the street is already showing good growth. If we get another rainy summer like this year, the whole strip when this project is done will have an amazing residential urban feel to it.

What will it take to finally get a grocery store in the east beltline? It would seem to me that with the number of projects going in here, it would make sense to have something within walking distance.

Isn't Sunterra still open? If it ever does shut its doors I wouldnt be surprised to see save-ons or sobeys go in You also have H-Mart, probably easy to overlook if you don't know much of the asian community. But you'd be surprised with the offerings there especially for condo dwellers it's a great shop.
