It exceeds the rendering which looks like white aluminium panels framed in black aluminium. This would be right at home in the Netherlands or Denmark. It's different. Might take a little while to like it as much as it should be appreciated

Construction’s long over, but wanted to post some pics showing what the building looks like with evening sun. It looks nice IMHO.

Personally not a huge fan of this one. Too many material variations, all of which look pretty low-end even in photos. Looks like a mix of garden-shed and veneer.

It’s a little busy, but I think the materials are better than the average build these days.

Passed by this a few weeks ago, and the way the vents are put on just looks really cheap, almost like a temporary structure.
