Didnt they release imperia a year after gallary? It kind of makes sense that gallary would be further along

They did, but they started construction on Imperia months before Gallery, in part because there was no demolition involved.

No, I contemplated getting into the condo market a year and a bit ago but once rental construction took off I backed off. Unless you're planning to owner occupy (at some point, either now or in retirement) I would never buy a condo as a pure investment.
