My expectations for the quality of cladding couldn't possibly be lower.

However, assuming their quality isn't too bad, I would love to see a million more of these. What a great building typology for the area.

I'm not actually too worried about the quality of the form, I know it is going to be pretty basic but the function of the building is where it will punch above its weight. Great views to the south over the city and towards the mountains to the west as well of Stampede Park-ing Lot.
