I'm glad they're doing flex washrooms instead of gender neutral. Not for any political reasons but simply no women would want to use those stalls and being flex it can be cleaned between the switch.

Is this saying that there will be loge seats and terrace tables in the lower bowl?
- With an eye on being an intimidating place to play in, the visiting team’s goalie will spend two periods defending at the end where the stage would be for concerts, which will feature club and loge seats, terrace tables and a platform above those seats to have an even greater feel that fans are on top of the action.

It's referring to what's at that end of the arena, which has a club on the suite level with loge seating, and on the upper concourse there's a bar open to the seating bowl similar to the one in UBS Arena but with a platform overtop with terrace seating

That doesnt make any sense. The flames dressing room and bench is on the west end, so the flames goalie would be the one defending that end. The visiting nhl room is connected to the east bench/goal. Am i missing something??

The whole thing is total BS by Francis. Like you said the benches are on the south side so the defending team spends two periods on the east end. The stage end is on the west end, which is the real reason the loge, club, terrace seating, and cutout to the upper bowl are all at that end. That way they can point the horseshoe of suites and upper bowl seating toward the stage end, maximizing the amount of concert seating

Me too. I thought it was a great idea, some events are female heavy and there are endless lineups, while the men’s ones are half empty.

I think you can post anything about the underpass here, considering the underpass is funded as part of the arena deal by the province.

It's just going to be a regular underpass this time though. Likely very similar to the 4th street underpass. There won't be anything really controversial here.
