It exceeds the rendering which looks like white aluminium panels framed in black aluminium. This would be right at home in the Netherlands or Denmark. It's different. Might take a little while to like it as much as it should be appreciated

A solid 8/10. Downtown in the beltline I would probably give it more like a 6.5 out of 10 but for this location it’s very good.
