Demolition on 4 street in EV..
What’s planned on that lot?
Looks like a temporary parking lotWhat’s planned on that lot?
I had the same thoughtJust what EV needs, more parking! I know it’s temporary, but it’s sad to see all this development across the city and nothing happening at EV.
Stampede Station is rumoured to be very tall. That is supposedly Truman, not a Vancouver developer. There's also the one on 17th and 4th, that is a Vancouver developer. Does your friend work in the biz?Hey all, QQ. Has there been any discussion on some tall residential buildings near the stampede grounds?
A friend of mine in Vancouver mentioned some very tall apartment buildings going in near the stampede grounds that would be the tallest residential buildings if built, or maybe the tallest building of any type. I haven’t seen anything in the discussions or threads, so I’m guessing it’s an out-of-town developer from Vancouver?
2025 has a potential to be very exciting!
There has been some talk here and there but nothing substantiated yet. There's an old saying.. 'Where's there's smoke, there's fire'Hey all, QQ. Has there been any discussion on some tall residential buildings near the stampede grounds?

Truman is also selling a lot to out of town buyers. In Mississauga, there were regular Truman sales events to Ontario investors, imagine it's similar in VancouverHey all, QQ. Has there been any discussion on some tall residential buildings near the stampede grounds?
