Is that by the Marda Loop Safeway? Yeah that building works great. It’s one of the many reasons why Marda Loop is one of the top areas in town. Why not build 10 of them right?

They should build Barcelona style courtyard buildings here. Their super blocks are great, where the outer roads of the 3x3 building grid are collector roads. Then the inner roads are very low speed and pedestrian friendly with benches and playgrounds.

These units unfortuantely don't appear to have any good outdoor spaces for the residents. I would hope on a development of this scale that they would at least have some indoor amenities, such as a gym or a party room. I guess the builders are just trying to maximize revenue per acre here...

I believe it was a community medical centre back in the day. The kind of place you take your young kids to get vaccines. Perhaps in the era of Joe Rogan fans, there’s less demand for this sort of thing.
