Hey, not a bad route you built for a tram. My minor changes would be to build a new interchange just for the tram above crowchild, going from Bishop Carroll straight east. Then I would go through Scarboro and straight north on 16 St all the way up to Sunalta station to finish.

They can just build that same music venue somewhere else. What’s the big deal? Either a new build or a warehouse conversion would do the trick. This is right next to an old warehouse district by the way. It’s a gentrifying area, this is exactly what I would expect to happen.

This is perfect placement, as it will only be a block or two from one of the green line stations. According to the green line website, one subway station will be at 11 Ave and Centre St. Based on the length of a station, it could either extend to 1 St W or 1 St E as well.

I think downtown already has some great parks. A few that come to mind are Prince’s Island, St Patrick’s Island, the Bow River pathway system. Also, the Devonian Gardens are great in the winter. There are also already lots of great basketball courts popping up.
