You should check out Westman Village for nice fountains and water features.

The size of the towers seems exaggerated in that skyline shot compared to the diagram. The way they dwarf nearby condos makes it look like the girth of the Bow.

Drove past earlier this week and it looked really good in person. Even though it’s not even finished construction it feels like it’s been there forever cause it fits so perfectly.

I love how donors and corporate sponsorship have rendered institutions unidentifiable from one another or even recognizable to the public. This includes our new arena and Sam Centre.

I 100% thought it was part of the performing arts campus.

Went to the zoo on the weekend and the entire Asia section all the way to the tigers is ripped up and under construction. Can’t find any plans anywhere and wondered if someone here might know.

That’s interesting. I was wondering how much taller they were going to build that thing. It almost blocks the view of DT from Deerfoot north. I also recall reading they had plans to sift the rubble for years to come to recycle the materials?

It’s crazy how much residential there will be facing a landfill.

Was wondering when this would get above grade. Seems like the crane’s been there for years.
