The Podium at Aiss'ka'pooma: EV charging stations have been installed: First few commercial tenants -- a daycare, a medical clinic and a coffee shop (they are building some sort of extension next to it):

The exterior (minus the landscaping) looks nearly complete with the installation of colored glass balcony railings.

The pedestrian bridge across 16 avenue was completed at the end of November. I finally got around to seeing it and took some pics: The first commercial tenant in the residential tower, a Firehouse Subs, will be opening soon:
