The pedestrian bridge across 16 avenue was completed at the end of November. I finally got around to seeing it and took some pics: The first commercial tenant in the residential tower, a Firehouse Subs, will be opening soon:

Construction continues at the Forge with the finish line now in sight. Three restaurants (Una Pizza+Wine, Seed n Salt and Native Tongues) and a veterinary clinic have moved in and are open. A credit union is also set to open soon. The sidewalk in front looks ready for patios.
