So, building has been open for about two years now, and not one single CRU has gone into business yet. Meanwhile, the two buildings at the 14 Street intersection that finished up just a little after this one has, have their CRU's filling up. Wonder why this hasn't gotten any leases yet?

Wonder if this is where the rumored Sobeys Beltline is going to be. I believe they're keeping half of ground level of the T2 building. I believe that would fit the 12,000 sq ft profile.
