Considering making it down to city hall for an inperson statement. Do you know how long we'd have to speak? Would I have to sign up by the end of the day today?
Bow Trail is the coolest view. If we got more towers on or near the ridge it would kinda remind me of the view of Broadway across False Creek from downtown Vancouver
Centre St is presumably much less of an issue for transfers than City Hall station, which was the main alternate proposal being pushed. City Hall is already extremely busy due to being the first Blue/Red transfer point.
In this alternate reality, it probably wouldn't make sense for the North...

Excellent proposal. Let's spin up a new organization to look into this, we will begin preparations in 2027. Before we publish our report, we will send it to the province for review, and if their opinion clashes with ours we will spend another 3 years to adjucate the differences. Expect to hear...
Gondola transit is actually very underrated for short-medium routes without crushing demand because the speed isn't that much worse than a train but the frequency means you'll never be waiting long, meaning the total travel time can be amazing compared to alternatives

Just spitballing: what if Green Line N ended at 96 Ave, and the communities north of it were instead served by a spur off the nose creek rail line, running frequent automated trains in a s-bahn style service to downtown? This could potentially be done much faster than the centre st portion of...
