From the rendering, it looks like the fifth floor isn’t a full floor. I’m guessing maybe a second level with a terrace for the fourth floor units?

I’m posting this thread in hopes to get some opinions and insight from Torontonians, who have moved to Calgary. I have some cousins in Toronto, who are looking at moving to Calgary. They’ve asked me about the differences between the two cities, but I’ve only been to Toronto for work a few times...

Last year Airdrie grew by just over 5000, so 91K sounds accurate. Because of such a booming year for Calgary last year, I could see it maybe even being 92 or 93K.

That glass stairwell is awesome. Not only does it feel better for the people using it, but it also opens up the building to its surroundings.

Out of curiosity, why even the possibility of decreased and not eliminated altogether? I ask because I can’t understand why anyone would go there voluntarily.
