hope thats the footprint of the podium, bigger than i expected. leaves lots of plaza space as well.

Nah they just installed a fence. I’m fairly certain they’re just blowing out the first floor so they can have it level with ground.

I think just the first tower for now. I don't believe the DP for the 2nd tower was even submitted.
