Think about having windows on the west side … when the sun goes down in the evening it will be blinding. I went to a cowboys game in Dallas and they have a huge window at the end. Was blinding for the players and the fans looking that way. Leave the windows out of hockey arenas please🤦‍♂️

How much of a buffer is there for the landing path? Usually planes (coming from the south) are approaching over Dover. That has to be at least a couple of KM from These towers and the rest of downtown. Not sure I’ve ever seen a plane landing coming even close to DT??? Occasionally they takeoff...

Interesting not doing both at the same time. Hopefully they are planning on most of the construction of the 2nd tower before the first opens. Wouldn’t want to be paying top dollar to watch and listen to all that while staying in the finished one.

Deerfoot was part of the CANAMEX highway system. So the Alberta government had to maintain it. Now I believe Stoney trail is/will be that route now. So I don’t think Deerfoot will have as much importance now. Still the city will be stupid to take it back. The province will have to throw some...

Just read on google a Chinook Helicopter costs $5-6000. (USD) an hour operate and close to $10,000/hr in maintenance costs. Not sure this would economically viable as an option
