Looking at that schedule closer - it looks like we are actually still about a year away from the BP application. This makes sense if construction is planned to begin early in 2027. 🤞🏼

I voted the same - for the same reasons.

Looks like about a month away from the BP application (assuming everything is proceeding ok with the DP).

I did a drive by on my way home this evening and the site looked totally abandoned ☹️ I’m thinking if they were serious they would have applied for a partial BP to allow them to start digging by now.

Definitely don’t want to lose the Bay building. I hope some entity steps forward soon with a plan to reimagine/refurbish. I’d even be ok with a redevelopment that retains a large part of the structure & exterior. For example, the renovated Bay building becomes a podium for a residential tower.
