Also interesting to note that the lot next door was always a parking lot. I always assumed that there was a building there before that was bulldozed over a long time ago.
Really happy that we're getting this tower because it essentially fills up the last surface parking lot left on 4th Street SW between 10th Ave and 17th Ave (with the exception of the empty lot for Broadway on 17th).
4th Street has such a big-city vibe now walking from downtown to 17th
