My guess is probably not a new tallest as this is rumored to be hotel/residential, but it'll likely be a new tallest for a building...

The streetscape is killing this building IMO. Take out that parking lane, rebuild the sidewalk with granite pavers, and add a few trees.

Maybe by west elm? I think theres some open units in there. Either way good to see more retail coming to 17th.
