That was my first thought as well. I'm happy to see that parkade go but all those trees are so mature and healthy, it would be a shame to lose them.

I really wish that heritage building in the foreground was some type of restaurant or something. Seems like such a missed opportunity to not utilize that patio space along the river for something like that.
