I dunno but whatever they're implementing into the bike lanes in those sections is such a mess and is going to lead to a lot of chaos between pedestrians and cyclists.

I'd love to have a grocery store in this development but I'm also holding out hope that one of these new developments in the beltline will eventually have a movie theatre too.

They should rename these two buildings to "hodge & podge"

Walked by the other night and there's a bunch of new windows being stored in the new "fishman's" building in the foreground there so it looks like they might actually be utilizing this deadspace more again.

Something about the way the patios/pillars on the outside just looks so off to me visually.

can every conversion be like this? keep it simple, minimal changes, and no weird colour palettes.

If I could make just one change, it would be to make the balconies one neutral colour. The alternating colours make my OCD go crazy and it gives it a very pre-school aesthetic. However, it will be good to have another surface lot disappear.

I'm holding out hope that they will do whatever the did to 1905 College cause that had the same concern initially and then they fixed so fingers crossed this isn't the final stage.

100% agree, those auto repair places on 17th drive me nuts. I do hope that one day, the Superior auto sign gets repurposed for something cool though.

Walked 17th over the weekend and saw window decals up for their space. It's looks to be going into the last CRU to the west in the best buy building. Looking forward to it.
