    I would love for another development to bookend the other side of the park. I also dream of this park becoming more of a iconic landmark maybe with better lighting, sculptures, and water features.

    Perhaps I am a little biased as my MIL resided in one of their buildings for quite a few years and I saw how they managed their property. Let's just say, they would be the poster child for slumlord operations.

    Typically I would agree but knowing that Strategic is leading this, I think the Ship's concerns are valid and I wouldn't leave anything open to interpretation.

    That was my first thought as well. I'm happy to see that parkade go but all those trees are so mature and healthy, it would be a shame to lose them.

    An inside source told me that there are three new towers going to be developed on this site. Not sure if that's true still but hopefully it is. :)

    I guess but this one is lucky enough to be on the backside of the building and face the river so I think it would have a shot at working.

    I really wish that heritage building in the foreground was some type of restaurant or something. Seems like such a missed opportunity to not utilize that patio space along the river for something like that.

    100% agree, or at least they could have gone with a darker colour to try to mask it rather than that beige/light grey.
