It is, but it doesn't actually have a whole lot of retail there that you would use consistently if you lived by. I live near here now and I end up having to walk into Montgomery, Kensington or up to Market Mall or UD for most things. It is kind of like a Britannia, but with way less options...
Ok Skyrise, looks like the retail spaces are being pre-leased:
5 small CRUs between 442-521sf are what CBRE has listed.
Question 1: What retailers would you want to see in here, considering it's location?
Question 2: What retailers do you actually think will end up leasing here?

Am I correct in understanding that this temporary sod area is only for the River Run Townhomes site? If so, an estimated cost of $750k for the project is pretty wild if they are just grading and adding loam/sod to City specs. like 2.5-3X what I would guess for the same scope (permitted that is...

Realistic scenario for redevelopment is 3FAR so...
Matco had the land and couldn’t make the numbers work for concrete. I literally did the numbers and submitted an RFP to build it out when they owned it. Was going to do all five and six storey buildings with commercial at grade, if that deal happened two buildings would be done by now. The owner...
How long are you willing to wait? The reason Truman is building wood-frame across the street is because the construction costs and the revenue psf make sense. Concrete towers are more expensive and need to be sold for more $psf.
Consider what is immediately surrounding the Westbrook site. Is a...
