I know nothing about this... but in the context of another west coast pipeline, could you build a pipeline to storage tanks somewhere near here and build another terminal? Seems better than another terminal more inland.

That second "Events Centre" attempt was turned around pretty quickly once everything came together. I think if people are motivated the same can happen here. I don't think the timeline needs to be as long as you describe.

New DP in Currie... DP2026-01919 Looks like they're creating an alley on the south side of the two proposed developments. The word "Market" on these plans also indicates that the Market Street still seems to be in the plans. This is the current situation with the parcel.

Since that's the case, I'm not worried about materials.

I'm just not sure if that's where people of that financial level are or want to be? But I could be wrong as I have done no market research and I'm sure they have.

Seems like the appellant would like for this to be a parking lot with a bike rack, park bench and a garbage bin.

It must be someone's job to ask for every development, "but where will they park?"

Does the fieldhouse not include an aquatics component? On the list... there is also the Foothills Fieldhouse. I really think they should solve the McMahon thing before going forward with a fieldhouse, the options on that parcel really change with out McMahon. Foothills Aquatic & Fitness Centre...

This feels like what a version of the TELUS/AGT Building in Edmonton would look like if it were an apartment with balconies. Or maybe that's just because the top couple floors kind of look like that building...

I think both adjacent properties are still for sale... Hopefully someone buys them and develops them ahead of the Stampede Station add to the area.
