Porter and the Montreal Metropolitan Airport (formerly St. Hubert) had a bit of an announcement today regarding the routes PD will be starting from YHU this summer. Included 7x weekly YHU-YYC, complimenting YUL-YYC. They begin on June 17th.

The only major airline I can think of that still operates helicopters is Air Greenland, and it's mainly because lots of these very small communities don't have airports large enough for turboprops in the first place. There is a reason why helicopters for short-haul or "commuter" flights aren't...

The earliest number I've heard floating around for deliveries is 2030, haven't seen any official confirmation on that. It's possible some earlier slots could arise but I wouldn't hold my breath for it, WS is just one of many airlines with a B789 order.

Westjet is supposedly converting 6 737 MAX 10 orders into 2 additional Dreamliner orders, so by the time deliveries wrap up they'll have 16 instead of 14.

RDU has officially been axed.

Couldn't help but notice that in design #2 the old Parks Canada logo is displayed on the outside of the building instead of the current one. Maybe wishful thinking, but they could be teasing that this emblem is coming back......

I like #2 the most, but #5 probably fits the vibe of Banff the best. #1 and #4 feel too sterile.
