I love how we're seeing two personalities in Marda Loop. The quaint wood cladded, funky buildings along 34th, and the modern builds along 33rd.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this would be the first hotel built in essentially all of West Calgary outside of Currie/Tsuutina!

I'm surprised Truman hasn't proposed one for West District.

Apparently so. There used to be a hotel up in Westbrook area, but I can't think of any others in that west central part of the city.
