Panels on the west side definitely look nicer than on the east side. Why not just keep the nicer panels on both sides?

wonder if that portion with the cheap panels is written off as hidden by future development to the east. seems its stopped at the 6F.

That building setback is great for shadowing and keeping those patios in the sun. A great model for that side of 17th Avenue.

Vertical wood-tone material on the lower balcony insets is nice. Will work with the brick. Tired of dark coloured (black) spandrel and windows. Would be keen to see something lighter or more interesting. Will probably turn out decent though.
