The 10th Street side of this is... The same corrugated material on the one across 6th Ave. So maybe this square box will be not such a bad square box?

That building seems 90º off. The blank wall is facing the avenue, and the windows are facing the Chinese consulate next door?

Yeah that's bad, no excuse for a blank wall facing a road. Hope they have the mural already planned out.

The renderings show mural, not as exciting as some of the Beltline murals , but much better than the blank wall for sure.
