So excited! This is my first time posting on here but just wanted to get everyone's thoughts if Calgary may be getting a new tallest from this?

My guess is probably not a new tallest as this is rumored to be hotel/residential, but it'll likely be a new tallest for a building without an office component.

Could be a new tallest if there is some office on lower floors or depending on the crown, etc.

They are likely referring to the Stampede Station project that has been rumoured/hinted at for about 1.5 years now, located on the big gravel lot at Macleod Trail and 15th Avenue SE.

I'm only going by rumors, all of which vary, but one thing consistent in the rumors is that it's tall.

Wonder if Broadway development will reconsider their proposal if this comes in tall. They were the tallest for a while
