The 2nd one should go very fast. No parkade, and modular construction. If they have started site prep, expect this one to be finished by the end of the year I think.

I think they are planning move ins in the fall. Modular suites are already under construction.

That and maybe some refraction from my windshield. It does it sometimes if the shot is zoomed in.

Just noticing this now, but the North side wall is fully blank. Seems a bit strange not to include windows at all.

There looks to be a mural. I thikn the reason there is no windows is becuse these modules are all the same. Thus, the middle ones match the outside ones. Keeps it simple. And the speed of construction/delivery is quite impressive, the biggest concern is the urban design/architecture of it. Hopefully that blank wall isn't too oppressive.
Interesting with the north side. The ALT hotel they did windows on all sides, but maybe there's a large const different by not having the windows? For the hotel they had no choice, but here, it must have been tied to simplicity and cost as Michael has mentioned.

Having seen prefab multifamily townhomes go up in Seton virtually overnight I expect this to also go quickly.
