Not a ton of opposition from the CA on this. The point about only one ingress/egress point at McDougall road is a reasonable point, but not sure there's a fix for that.

Not surprised by this opposition but on this site, they're at a dead end so yeah there's only one way in and out.

Actually this one got approved in mid April, appeal period ended May 8. So maybe no appeal?
