So, based on the renders on the website it's basically done then, other than some changes to the 1st floor facade and possibly some additional color panels on the corners.

I think both EC I & II are undergoing conversion to residential. I know I’ve seen renders of the taller one too - must be a separate thread.

I guess this can't be too far off from completion given that tour bookings are now available on the website.
They both are, although Pacific Reach is the developer responsible for EC II.
