I’ve heard a rumour that fortis Alberta may be moving out of that building in the next year or two. Can anyone corroborate??

I always hated that Fortis' parking entrance/exit fronted 17th Ave. But it looks like the alley never extended behind the building, which I don't understand.

Interesting. I thnk I seen excavators moving around on Vesta's Springbank Hill parcel as well. Quite ambitious if both projects move forward.
