Looks like the city have posted updated designs for 19th/2nd, was previously listed as detailed design in progress. Looks like it'll resolve the sidewalk issue.

The NEW new DP for this site (iteration #3 I believe) has now been submitted. It includes the additional lots to the south, so a much larger, more comprehensive project now:

I like boutique buildings and thus preferred the two earlier versions, but this is good. I hope they change one of the colors, it looks like an extension of 19+2

Not too bad. Two minor things that are really dragging it down more than it should. If the colour at the balconies was different, it wouldn't feel like an extension of the building next door visually massing it as one big development.

The other thing is those tiny projected balconies on the top level cheapen the design.
