Calgary's iconic Rose and Crown pub closed its doors for good last year, but the building will soon be home to another bar.

The Rose and Crown is now going to be the Elephant and Castle.

The east side of the tower looks alright IMO. Not so much on the south side, but I've seen worse.

The mullions will look just as bad peering out of the windows. Occupiers won't have to see the spandrel. The podium is still showing promise.
