If the One Properties site on 9th ever happens, that should be a good catalyst for the north side of the tracks to get going.

Those lots are always so empty too lol. The only use for the is the Badlands Tent for like 10 days.
Like whoever owns the lots cannot be making any money off it

Will be interesting to see what mixed-use features the second tower brings. Maybe another restaurant akin to how tower one has the Luca?

From what I heard, the same group of restaurants is opening another restaurant in the space on this side. Supposedly it's supposed to be a high-end type restaurant with a grand piano and that kind of vibe. Also heard that there's an Italian restaurant set to open any time now in the bottom of Brad Lamb's sixth and tenth building too.
