Despite the building being mostly paneling, I like the way it's turning out. The colors they chose for the brick and panels work well together. If you told me a year ago that the majority of the panels would be gold, I would've expected something flashy, gaudy looking but the gold panels look good.

This one is turning out pretty good. Thank goodness they didn't repeat the back elevation on the front. The setbacks are a good call.

Pretty sure it’s Alucoil Larson aluminum composite panels.

I really like this one. I'm not usually a huge fan of the composite panels for exterior, but this one looks good.

University district coming along well.

I wish we could have plants/flowers/benches on the sidewalk like you see very often in European cities. It would make the area more lively and feel more organic.
