Is the fence around the whole property?

I'm not sure. I'll swing by there later today and have a look for myself.

There is a fence around the eastern part of the property. All the buildings are gone except the one on the SE corner. The remaining one has a demolition permit posted.

The western half of the property, which was basically a gravel lot, is unfenced. However, there are barriers preventing cars from entering, except for a small gap in the alley.

Hopefully the fitness centre building gets demolished soon too. It’s such an eyesore

My suspicion is that they are concerned about the liability of squatters starting fires and are demolishing the buildings. This will probably sit for a while as a gravel lot.

Passed by it today and they’ve started demo on the ground floor of the fitness
