Right now it's only the shorter one, but they are planning to do the taller one in the near future. No exact timeline, but the guy told me he thought they would start on the taller one when the shorter one was getting close to completion.

I can’t remember the name of this project, but all the floors appear to be gutted and are back to building base.
Hopefully work on the interior suites starts up soon.

Ha - at least the tinder boxes don't give off prison vibes.

Even without economic constraints, and nice cladding materials, I think this would be a difficult building/envelope to make all that inviting as residential on the outside.

Maybe you could do a mural like this (Post in thread 'Brutalism in Calgary'
https://calgary.skyrisecities.com/forum/threads/brutalism-in-calgary.34599/post-1887305), but even that can be polarizing.
