A good portion of the cladding on the west side is exposed now ….. and there is no sheen to it

Even the window treatment on the upper portions looks different. Doesn’t match the renderings (supposed to have random horizontal windows that look like they are slicing through). More value engineering. Disappointing thus far.

Not at all. Inside the South wall is a pre-convention corridor. The addition of the extra windows makes the area bright and spacious. I can tell you first hand that it is an amazing view looking outward from the inside. In this case function is far more important than matching a rendering.

Blah…I actually like the black, but the “copper” is a complete bait and switch from the rendering. What a disappointment.

I'm holding my opinion of the faux copper facade until I see it in the Summer when the exterior is compete and the sun is high in the sky.

That is a very specific circumstance. Maybe the paneling on the SW and SE side will be different?
