Not quite, site underwent extensive remediation for multiple years before it received it's certificate. Remediation even extended into the alley going east on the south side of 20th ave

Sadly not much progress on the exterior, but whenever I go by there, there are people working on the interior. They must be experiencing a supply shortage on exterior wall material.
