Even though they didn't design it, here's hoping that working on this one will help Casola Koppe level up their designs quite a bit. They have been very meh up to this point.

Essentially nonexistent. Calgary Tower, Edison, Palliser Square, the American Embassy building… and that one apartment building.

Absolutely stunning. Also don’t worry, the space IS leased, it just says “for lease” on that side and “leased” on the other. Looks to be a Mexican place.

Looks like both towers are full of residents. The amenities terrace looks good.
