Does anyone know what product that cladding is? A thinner ACM?

Doubt it's ACM, just thin sheets of steel or aluminum likely. Seeing how bad it's oil canning, I'm guessing it's a Kaycan product.

Definitely not ACM. I think its a Vicwest steel product , either AD275, or AD300. Either way its a concealed fastener system.

Also, Arlington Street says they will finish all 7 of their 17th Ave projects in the next 5 years. Pretty ambitious, and I will believe it when I see it, but they seem to have certainly turned a corner from how they struggled with the Windsor to now.
