Until the green line is built and the condo market comes back there'll likely be no developments in that land Remington owns in Victoria Park
It will be the last parcels to develop as long as Calgary Stampede is continued to be given temporary permits to store things on it IMO. The site likely generates significant negative taxes for Remington right now.

It is one of the least appealing locations in the inner city no matter its proximity to the possible future arena or green line or what is stored there. A whole bunch of other land will redevelop first. Still think the Stampede needs to demolish the Grandstand all all other river-side buildings, replacing them with parks and residential towers before anything in that vicinity becomes viable. The CPR tracks are another deterrent, although they could be hidden with development, similar to Central Platte Valley in Denver.

should be some long term vision to move the stampede grounds to highfield along the green line. theres a sea of underused land there and gives the greenline some further justification.
