Under construction? This kind of flew under the radar. I looked on the city's website and could not find any DP applications under that address. Anyone know anything else about it. i.e number of units?, rental or condo?; name of developer?
Someone posted pics of it a while back in a different thread, but I can't find the pics.
The city's website might have it under a different address. Here's the link on DMAP It shows as under review, but they demoed the houses and put up construction fencing. Looks like they are getting a head start while the process finishes up?

This is 125 rental apartments. G.C. is Traine Construction out of Kelowna. Expected completion is Sept 2022. Developer was Tollo Developments although they have gone dark now so I don't know if they are still in the picture.
