Minto are really dragging their feet on this one. Start was supposed to be this fall. With 80% sold through an investor opportunity, that should have been enough to get started.

Speaking of pedal to the metal. I think excavation has started, I passed by and saw a backhoe in action.

Excavation is part of the shoring process. Looks like a secant shoring system here, pretty typical for inner city projects lately.

Does anyone know if Minto has any more projects in the works in Calgary? It would be great if they were able to complete a build like this every year or two. Finish one and start another (Annex --> Era --> ?)

They have some greenfield lands on the east side of Calgary, south of the East Hills shopping Center.
