The original rendering gives the impression of grey rectangles of different dimensions that fit together. The execution really doesn't achieve that visual effect. They just look like two massive grey monoliths.

The tower on this has turned out poorly, but more importantly, the podium treatment is better than expected and will certainly be a nice addition to Vic Park.

This area is finally starting to hit it's stride with the opening of H Mart, the Korean BBQ place, bubble tea shop, and bakery.

I think the grocery component was proposed for the base of the 3rd tower. Whether or not that is still the plan

That may be possible, but looking at this image, I interpreted it as one of the buildings currently under construction. But things could've changed.
